Essential Functions
- Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning objectives and performance gaps. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the target audience, learning goals, and constraints.
- Curriculum Design: Develop instructional strategies and curriculum outlines to meet specified learning objectives. Create detailed design documents outlining the structure and content of instructional materials.
- Content Development: Design and develop engaging and interactive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and assessments. Ensure content aligns with instructional goals, is visually appealing, and adheres to industry best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and HC M stakeholders, to gather relevant information and insights. Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Marketing/Communications, and other team members to enhance the quality of instructional materials.
- Technology Integration: Stay updated on emerging educational technologies and recommend their integration into instructional design processes. Utilize authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and other relevant technologies to create and deliver content.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of instructional materials. Implement feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to improve content.
- Evaluation and Assessment: Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve and update instructional materials.
- Required Bachelor's Degree Instructional design, education, or related field.
- Required 3 years Proven experience as an instructional designer in a business environment or similar role.
- Required 3 years Required proficiency instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model).
- Required 3 years Proven experience with e-learning authoring tools, multimedia software, and learning management systems (Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc.)
- Preferred 3 years Workday or Workday LMS experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
