Account Receivable
Basic Qualifications:
- Solid analytical skills
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
- High self-motivation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently.
- Prioritize and meet deadlines.
- 4 – 5 years of AR or invoicing experience
- Extensive experience working in Collections
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (excel, outlook)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Construction Industry: 2 years (Required)
Job Description:
- Applying payments (Checks, Wires)
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Monitor Customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Review customer billing and payment history as needed.
- Prepare and send weekly AR collection logs with open AR details.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Obtain backup documentation of all deductions.
- Assist with month – end closing.
- Collect data and prepare monthly reports.
- Other duties or special projects as assigned.
Shift: Monday-Friday- 8.30 am to 5 pm
