REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to satisfy all pre-employment screening requirements

Proficient in English reading and writing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Driver License, with acceptable driving record
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous industry experience

Bill accounts and track incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Prepare and send out invoices
Coordinates between credit, accounting and customer on any discrepancies on invoicing.
Facilitate swift payment of invoices by completing daily and weekly billing on time.
Collect credit applications and tax exempt forms and forward them to the credit department.
Confirms pricing and acknowledges order entry.
Ensures proper invoicing of accounts by verifying and confirming customer pricing and contract prices.
Assist in the inventory process, ensuring all invoices are posted in a timely manner and correcting discrepancies
General office duties including, but not limited to: answering phones, faxing, filing,
copying, sorting paperwork and stuffing envelopes.
Data entry, correspondence using a variety of computer applications including AgVantage, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
General good “housekeeping” practices in office area and other areas as assigned.
Reports customer feedback and all customer complaints, including any sign of customer dissatisfaction, to appropriate management and/or consumer relations.
Maintains ability to perform efficiently and follow through on all details, in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
Understand and practice company safety policies and also federal, state and OSHA
regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
All other duties as assigned.
Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers
