Heritage Court Assisted Living is in search of a Wellness Director - Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. Position Overview:

The primary role of the Wellness Director - Licensed Vocational Nurse is to provide direct nursing care to the residents in our Assisted Living facility with the highest degree of quality care. Previous psych experience is required or interest in psych. Full time 7am-3pm.

Qualifications:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state
• Must have previous psych experience
• Must have interest working in a psych unit.
• Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork and team concept.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to Assisted Living facilities.
• Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care.
