Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and schedule patients for their appointments.
- Process patient payments efficiently.
- Submit insurance claims and estimates electronically.
- Assist patients during checkout as they complete their appointments.
- Contact patients to fill available slots in the doctor and hygiene schedules.
- Prepare and present treatment plans, setting up financial arrangements when needed.
- Generate and review daily reports for accuracy.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Strong verbal communication abilities that put patients at ease.
- Basic computer proficiency to handle various office tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- While a minimum of one year of experience in a dental office is preferred, we are eager to invest in the right individual and provide comprehensive training to help them excel in this role.
