Job Responsibilities:
- Present treatment and communicate financial policy along with payment options to patients
- Represent the company’s vision and mission by encouraging the pursuit of excellence everyday
- Proactively educate patients on the importance of their oral health and recommended treatment to increase awareness and case acceptance rates
- Audit schedules for errors and/or inconsistencies and follow-up with team as needed
- Manage unscheduled treatment reports and ensure patients are followed up with timely
Job Skills:
- Previous knowledge/experience across all facets of front office within a dental office
- Knowledge of dental terminology, dental office procedures, and Practice Management Software programs
- customer service, and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive in the day-to-day operations of the office
- Ability to solve problems, provide immediate solutions, and make sound decisions independently
- Strong desire to maximize opportunities and exceed goals
- High degree of professionalism when building relationships with patients and team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
