Job Summary:
Seeking Full time and Part time Caretakers:
As an Evening/Weekend Caretaker, you will play a pivotal role in providing a safe, nurturing environment for children during the evening and weekend hours.. This position demands a vigilant, caring individual dedicated to ensuring the safety and comfort of children while they rest or engage in weekend activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Evening Care:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children, particularly during meal times and rest periods.
- Facilitate bedtime routines including reading stories, assisting with brushing teeth, and helping children settle on cots for sleep.
- Feed children dinner, adhering to dietary guidelines and parental instructions.
Weekend Care:
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play that stimulate learning and development.
- Create a fun and interactive environment that supports creative and caring interactions.
General Care:
- Respond to children’s needs with attention and care, ensuring comfort and promoting positive self-regulation.
- Use the Playground app to document daily activities, meals, and significant milestones.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians about their child’s day and any notable incidents.

Physical Requirements:
