Vice President of Operations

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations and drive the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project coordination and estimating. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources, timelines, and team dynamics to ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Duties

• Oversee all aspects of project management from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate with various teams including estimating, design, and field operations to streamline project workflows.
• Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, and ProCore for project tracking and documentation.
• Develop detailed project schedules and manage timelines to meet deadlines effectively.
• Review and analyze schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications and client expectations.
• Implement system design strategies that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
