What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building & Groundkeeper Assitant (Seasonal) position at Heritage Environmental?
Primary Purpose: Assist in Keeping Benton Grounds groomed and well kept.
Essential Functions and Requirements:
- Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Maintain Benton Grounds
- Cut Grass
- Maintain flower beds (Weed Eating)
- Pickup up trash and/or debris as needed
- Sweep sidewalks
- Rake leaves
- Remove snow/ice
- Required regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to work flexible hours (during hot summer days, 6am to 3pm)

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; or full-time high school student.
Experience: Prior experience in grounds keeping a plus.

- Must be highly motivated and able to work safely and independently
- Excellent organization skills, follow-through, time management, and interpersonal skills
