Wonderful clients with homes in the Pacific Palisades are seeking a full time House Manager / Personal Assistant
with long term experience managing security, home, construction, calendars, schedules, travel and has an easy rapport with vendors with extensive knowledge of Los Angeles vendors.
This is a great schedule, onsite hours are typically are 7 : 30~3 : 30 Mon-Friday with longer hours when the family is away to tackle bigger projects. Non-smoker, pet-friendly, is a must.
Duties would include but not limited to :
- Overseeing interior and exterior ensuring property is well maintained.
- Managing external vendors, including accounting of services, managing of maintenance calendars etc.
- Managing art collection.
- All aspects of staff management.
- Understanding of smart home systems.
- Property and project management experience and understanding.
- Strong administration skills.
- Knowledge of all service standards.
