Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee and manage roofing, siding, window, and gutter projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of roofing, siding, window, and gutter projects from inspection to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project requirements and specifications. Provide clear direction and support to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets company standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all work meets our high standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
