Heritage Federal Credit Union is looking for helpful, customer service savvy individuals to fill our full-time Express Teller position. Weekday scheduling may vary; however, candidates need to be available Fridays from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, and Saturdays (rotating) from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Interactively servicing member's needs through Virtual Teller technology.
- Quickly and accurately assisting Members with cash and non-cash transactions including, but not limited to:
- Payments
- Withdrawals
- Deposits
- Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services
- Cross selling products and services
- Filling in at other locations as needed
- Other duties as required
Qualifications Include:
- High School diploma or GED
- Call Center/Customer Service experience
- knowledge of financial institution products and services
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Solid communication skills
- Advanced PC skills
- Ability to meet goals
