The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for supporting all mortgage loan processing activities.
What you'll do :
- Receive, evaluate, and review loan applications.
- Obtain and verify necessary services, such as flood insurance, title insurance, and appraisals, to prepare documents for underwriting and closing review.
- Assume responsibility of obtaining final approval within a set time period.
- Verify all required early disclosures are sent to members ensuring compliance with regulation.
- Communicates loan status to all involved parties, including MLOs, buyers, sellers, realtors, and title company representatives. Assists or refers members as necessary.
- Assist the MLOs in meeting closing deadlines.
