As we continue to expand, we are searching for a Relationship Banker in Jeffersonville to join our amazing team!
This is a sales position with a primary focus on sales development and relationship building through loans, deposits, and membership growth and retention. This position is responsible for selling a full range of consumer, commercial, and investment products to meet the needs of both existing and prospective members. Additionally, this position will oversee and manage the branch in the absence of the Senior Relationship Banker.
What you’ll do:
- Primary focused on cross-selling to existing members and engaging in outside sales activities such as business sales calls, community functions, and business events to drive new membership growth.
- Educate the member about financial strategies, products, and services that will meet or exceed their needs.
- Assist members with more difficult banking transactions.
- Handling consumer, mortgage, and small business applications from application status through closing.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual production goals, increasing branch growth and profitability.
- Assist members with accounts, loans, and maintenance.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- College degree or a combination of education and experience.
- Three to five years of related financial sales experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good supervisory abilities.
