Heritage Federal Credit Union is looking for helpful, customer service-savvy individuals to fill our part-time Teller positions. Weekday schedules may vary; however, candidates need to be available Fridays from 8 : 00 am - 6 : 30 pm and Saturdays from 8 : 30 am - 12 : 30 pm.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Travel and adapt to various branch locations as needed each day.
- Sincerely greet each Member in the branch.
- Educate Members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs.
- Answer any questions about Heritage products and services.
- Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers
- Assist members with technical services and or account maintenance and the opening of shares and accounts.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business.
- Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Cross-selling products and services.
- Filling in at other locations as needed.
- Other duties as required.
