Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life. Report resident needs and concerns to a licensed nurse. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Able to understand and carry out directions and instructions and maintain simple records. Current State CNA certification preferred. Or Home Health Aide.
