POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Data Integrity Manager, your role is crucial in adhering to pricing policies and processes, ensuring and supervising the timely input of retail price maintenance.

- Meticulously review and validate data to identify any discrepancies or errors.
- Analyze data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights from the information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integrity issues quickly and effectively.
- Use relevant data management software, databases, and tools used in data integrity processes.
- Communicate clearly and effectively to articulate data integrity policies, procedures, and requirements to team members.
- Work cohesively with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, merchandising and other relevant departments.
- Understand data flow and processes within the organization, and an ability to implement and improve data integrity protocols.
- Adapt to changing data management technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Uphold ethical standards in data handling, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively prioritize and allocate resources to meet deadlines and maintain data integrity.
- Proactively identify potential data Integrity risks or vulnerabilities and taking appropriate preventive measures
- Focus on maintaining high standards of data quality and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of data integrity processes, audits, and corrective actions taken.
- Assess the potential impact of data integrity issues on business operations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Understand relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements related to data integrity.
- Commitment to ongoing evaluation and enhancement of data integrity processes and procedures
- Focus on achieving key performance indicators related to data integrity and ensuring data accuracy meets organizational goals.
- Investigating pricing issues; work with the procurement department buyers, IT support staff, and management as needed for problem resolution and policy enforcement.
SUPERIVSORY REQUIREMENTS:

- Dispatching all incoming scheduling emails.
- Transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or scanners.
- Compiling and verifying accuracy and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities.
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Scanning documents and printing files in a timely manner.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network.
- Following daily schedules and deadlines for item pricing, file maintenance and batch generation to arrive at the stores at the appropriate time.
- Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files.
- Complying with data integrity and security policies.
- Provide guidance on data integrity best practices.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their data integrity skills.
- Resolve conflicts or disagreements related to data Integrity practices within the team.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years related experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Office 365 suite - - Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Bilingual; able to read, write, and speak English & Spanish
