What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unit Manager/LPN position at Heritage Hall Healthcare & Rehab Centers?
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
