Job Description
This part-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our experienced clinicians and contribute to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include:
- Providing independent acute and/or routine medical care to patients under the supervision of a physician
- Supervising support staff in a clinical setting as needed
You will have the autonomy to make administrative and procedural decisions while maintaining quality, safety, and infection control standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A medical license from the State of Idaho to practice medicine as a Physician Assistant under a Physician's supervision
- A medical certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Inc.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, DEA, and State of Idaho Controlled Substance Registration numbers
- Bachelor's degree required; at least 3-5 years' experience as a primary care provider desirable
