Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Enrollment Growth: Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to identify and engage potential members, particularly in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, to expand HHN’s membership.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, CBOs, foster agencies, and county facilities to increase referrals and membership opportunities.
- Community Representation: Represent HHN at community events, health fairs, and meetings, advocating for underserved populations and promoting HHN's programs and services.
- Sales-Focused Outreach: Engage healthcare providers and facilities by educating them about HHN’s programs, highlighting the benefits for patients and clients to enroll in HHN services.
- Event Coordination: Organize and lead community health events, informational sessions, and enrollment drives to raise awareness and encourage participation in HHN’s Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and community members to refine outreach strategies and enhance enrollment processes.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work with HHN’s marketing and care management teams to ensure outreach activities align with organizational goals and maximize enrollment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in community outreach, sales, or public health advocacy, ideally within healthcare or social services.
- Cultural Competence: Understanding of the health needs and cultural dynamics in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, with a focus on underserved populations.
- Communication Skills: Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse groups effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local community health resources, networks, and health systems.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while achieving enrollment targets and contributing to team efforts.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Los Angeles County for home visits and community engagement.
- Bilingual Skills: Preferred to effectively communicate and serve our diverse member populations.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, member recruitment, or community outreach roles, with experience exceeding enrollment or recruitment targets.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare programs, policies, and enrollment processes.
