What are the responsibilities and job description for the FT/PT 3rd Shift LPN/RN position at Heritage Healthcare LLC?
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to residents. You are to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistants. You are to ensure that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times by the Director Of Nursing.
You must possess a current, active license to practice as an LPN or RN in the state of Ohio.
Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to the needs of each of our residents.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and to remain calm in emergency situations.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
Must be a supportive team member and contribute to the example of team work and team concept.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care.
Must be able to complete all other tasks as assigned to you by the DON
Must be able to pass a physical and FBI & BCI background check before being hired.
Hours-FT/PT 3rd shift &:00 pm-7:00 am
