What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hearing Aid Assistant position at Heritage Hearing Care?
Job Overview
One of our audiology assistants will be unavailable for a few months. As a busy clinic, we are going to need help! This is a temporary position that has potential for some permanent hours. We will fully train you, but we are hoping to start pretty quickly! If you have hearing aid knowledge, that's even better, but we are really looking for the right personality so it isn't essential!! Wanting to help people is a must! We will also train you to work with the Bluetooth capabilities of the hearing aids to help patients use the hearing aids with their cell phones.
Duties
- You will learn to identify different brands of hearing aids and identify which in-office parts you will need to clean and check the hearing aids.
- You will maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
- You will learn how to pair hearing aids to cell phones and how to use interactive apps.
- You will address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
Schedule:
