Responsible for heading the Middle School Baseball Program.
Coaching, instructing, and performing other duties assigned by the coach and or Athletic Director necessary to the development of the individuals and the team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Planning and teaching student-athletes the rules, techniques, and equipment to become a better baseball players.
Assists and directs individual and group practice activities.
Monitoring student-athletes during practices and competitions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Previous coaching experience is preferred.
Experience in baseball and baseball techniques is essential.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The coach must have completed or completed a mandatory coaches certification class under the Virginia High School League.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
None
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal travel may be required to and/or from sporting events within neighboring localities.
