Responsibilities of Scheduler / Central Supply Coordinator :
Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
Complete monthly nursing schedule, coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units.
Understand the nursing home policies and procedures to assure staffing accuracy.
Ordering Supplies
Filling supplies in supply cabinets, bulk rooms, carts, and central inventory
Issuing supplies to specific staff or departments
Qualifications for Scheduler :
Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
Strong data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Must provide great customer service to patients and employees.
