Position Summary:
Heritage Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to join our team in Tyler, Texas. This position plays a key role in promoting our services, building partnerships with local organizations, and raising awareness about the importance of home health and hospice care. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with local community organizations, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for outreach efforts within the Tyler community.
- Promote Heritage Home Health and Hospice’s services through community events, educational seminars, and public speaking engagements.
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase awareness of home health and hospice care services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing materials and messaging align with community outreach efforts.
- Represent Heritage Home Health and Hospice at local health fairs, meetings, and networking events.
- Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to expand referral sources.
- Monitor and report on community engagement efforts and track success metrics.
- Participate in local charity events, sponsorships, and volunteer opportunities to enhance the company’s community presence.
Requirements:
- Strong community roots in Tyler, Texas, with a deep understanding of the local culture and network.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with individuals at all levels.
