Heritage Home Health Services is seeking a full-time Administrator to join our team. This position is an exempt position.
We are looking for someone who can help improve the well being of our patients and their families and has the heart and skills to work with home bound patients.

Responsibilites:
- Planning, directing and evaluating operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services.
- Complying with applicable law and regulation.
- Fiscal planning, budgeting and management of operations in accordance with fiscal parameters.
- Recruiting, employing and retaining qualified personnel to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Directing and monitoring organizational performance improvement activities.
- Assuring the development and qualifications for professional services and the assignment of personnel.
