Heritage is searching for a highly motivated liaison to better serve the health care community of Longview, Marshall, and Jefferson Texas. As a member of the Heritage sales team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our patients, their families, and the community we serve.
This primary focus of the Community Liaison is to build and maintain relationships with referral sources within each hospital, clinic and facilities in the Longview, Marshall and Jefferson area. Clinical liaison or non-clinical liaison with health care sales experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
- Consistently follow the company's sales process to develop, build and maintain key referral source relationships in assigned territory.
- Meet and/or exceed monthly individual sales metrics that are assigned by the Director of Business Development
- Make daily planned and cold calls to referral sources to build census and meet and/or exceed sales metrics.
- Utilize market analysis data tool to identify new business opportunities.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a positive reputation and brand of Heritage Home Health and Hospice
- Provide in-service and educational presentations to referral sources, community organizations and public on programs, services and outcomes of Heritage Home Health and Hospice
- Maintain and submit accurate expense reports, attend weekly sales meetings/calls and consistent utilization of the companies CRM
