Position: Licensed Plumbing Service Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance on residential plumbing systems, adhering to safety standards and codes.
- Diagnose plumbing issues thoroughly and efficiently resolve them to exceed customer expectations.
- Upgrade existing plumbing systems to improve performance and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring they understand the solutions provided.
- Prioritize safety to protect homeowners and team members.

Qualifications:
- Valid plumbing license and demonstrated experience in residential plumbing.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Physical ability to lift equipment (minimum of 50 pounds).
