Job Overview:
As an Electrical Service / Installer, you'll play a vital role in our team, overseeing electrical system installations in residential settings. We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills.
Mission:
At Heritage, as an Electrican, you'll be entrusted with providing top-tier electrical services. Your primary focus will be leading electrical system installations for our valued customers. Responsibilities:
Leadership in Electrical Installations:
- Lead the installation and commissioning of electrical systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute electrical installations efficiently, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on completed installations, ensuring they meet industry standards and company guidelines.
- Make necessary adjustments to systems to optimize performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Interact directly with clients, explaining installation procedures, addressing concerns, and providing comprehensive information on system operation and maintenance.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while on customer premises, ensuring a positive experience throughout the installation process.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, including installation reports and maintenance records.
- Provide detailed documentation of installed systems for reference and future servicing, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Technical training or certification in electrical services preferred, valid MA electrical license requried.
- Proven experience as a Lead Electrical Installer or similar role, demonstrating strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting expertise, and repair skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (minimum of 50 pounds), climb ladders, and perform manual tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
