Duties

- Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with JCAHO standards.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics to enhance service quality.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accreditation standards.
- Provide training and support for clinical staff in medical management practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Strong understanding of JCAHO accreditation processes and standards.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
