Join our team at the Heritage Hotel & Conference Center as a Banquet and Conference Service Attendant. The Banquet and Conference Service Attendant is primarily responsible for setting up, breaking down, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all private dining and meeting spaces throughout the hotel.
Compensation : 17 an hour DOE
Responsibilities :
Essential Duties Responsibilities :
- Transport and dismantle tables, chairs and all other furnishings according to event specifications.
- Ensure all banquet and conference rooms are clean and functional before and after events.
- Maintain an inventory of various supplies carefully to prevent loss or damage.
- Respond promptly to requests from event coordinators and attendees.
- Install and troubleshoot audio / visual equipment.
- Support team members from other departments to ensure all hotel operations run efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverage service as needed.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Must wear an appropriate uniform and maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
