Breakfast Attendant Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic customer service professional to create an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.
As our Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for setting up the buffet daily, ensuring that all necessary items are well-stocked. This includes fruits, bread, cereals, bakery items, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment throughout the service hours.
You will also refill coffee and beverages as needed, remove dirty dishes and utensils, and provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders and serving food and drinks.
Responsibilities:
- Follow health and safety protocols to clean and sanitize service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
- Ensure setup is complete each morning for the breakfast buffet and fresh foods are always available during the service hours.
- Clean the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and buffet bar as needed, and empty garbage regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the food service industry is highly desired.
