Job Summary:
The Lead Generation Specialist at Heritage Imaging will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads within our target markets. This role involves utilizing a combination of targeted outreach, digital marketing strategies, and networking to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. In this role you will be targeting and building relationships with: Radiology Imaging Directors/Managers, Ancillary Service/Contract Managers, COOs, CEOs and more. You will play a crucial role in fueling the sales pipeline by generating a consistent flow of qualified leads, contributing to the continued success of Heritage Imaging. This role will be successfully done at our Spokane office, potential for some hybrid work.
Responsibilities:
Lead Identification and Generation:
- Utilize online resources, industry publications, databases and CRM (SalesForce) to identify potential leads and gather relevant information about customers.
- Focus 100% of your time on turning leads in to qualified opportunities to turn over to the VP of Business Development and Sales Team to move towards a signed contract.
- Develop and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including: Targeted outreach through phone, email, social media and reference selling.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for lead generation.
Lead Qualification and Management:
- Qualify leads based on established criteria, including needs and decision-making authority.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in our CRM system (SalesForce).
- Nurture leads through targeted communication and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging lead generation technologies.
- Continuously improve lead generation processes and strategies.
- Successfully hit or exceed weekly outreach expectations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the VP of Business Development and Sales Team to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve messaging and lead generation success.
Qualifications:
- 6 months experience in lead generation, sales, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using SalesForce (CRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Optimistically curious.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pay: $41,600- $73,320 per year at plan (salary commission.)
