Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Maintenance Manager to join our team to oversee projects for their portfolio in Alaska, Montana, Missouri , Arizona and Texas . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and welcoming for our guests. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our hotel properties.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across the property to ensure optimal performance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Maintenance Operations:Managing the day-to-day maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems.

- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and policies.
- Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinating with vendors and contractors to procure necessary materials and services.
- Performance Measurement and Improvement: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of maintenance operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage budgets related to maintenance operations and track expenditures effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Utilize CMMS for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management or maintenance management in a hospitality setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in electrical systems including low and high voltage applications.
- Familiarity with schematics and logic controllers is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
