Job Title: Guest Services Agent
Location: Fenton, MO
Shift: Saturday and Sunday Mornings from 7am to 3pm (16 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests by greeting, checking in, and assisting with inquiries.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, requests, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance and punctuality throughout scheduled shifts.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations of the front desk.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, contributing to a welcoming and positive environment.
