Our Santa Fe Tour Coordinator & E-Bike Shop Manager is the lead representative who emulates the ideals of what Heritage Inspirations Tour Company stands for and adheres to the requirements of the job qualities listed below. Heritage Inspirations' Regional Tour Coordinators are ambassadors and the foundation of our local travel hubs. They oversee all Santa Fe Tour departures, manage the E-Bike & Tour Shop, and strengthen our relationships with local businesses and communities. Our Coordinators ensure quality, build relationships, and manage daily operations to illuminate our passion for authentic storytelling that truly feeds the soul.

Regular Season: March 1 - November 30 | Expanded Hours: April 1 - October 31
Santa Fe Tour Coordinator & E-Bike Shop Manager Schedule:
Wednesday - Sunday | 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Santa Fe City Different E-Bike Tour Schedule:
Offered: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- MORNING TOUR (APRIL THROUGH OCTOBER): 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- AFTERNOON TOUR (APRIL THROUGH OCTOBER): 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM
- MORNING TOUR ONLY (MARCH AND NOVEMBER): 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Tour Coordinator & E-Bike Shop Manager Required Duties
- Oversee onboarding, training, development, and support of Regional Inspired Guides
- Select, manage, and grow regional tour guide talent
- Maintain and manage regional tours, including bookings and guest interaction
- Monitor and improve tour quality and guide performance based on feedback
- Create and manage regional resource binders and educational materials
- Conduct quarterly Inspired Guide Meetings to ensure quality control and well-being
- Maintain and build a network of local business and tourism partners
- Oversee regional Heritage Inspirations brochure distribution and restocking
- Stay up-to-date with local outreach and partnership opportunities
- Create monthly schedules to ensure proper staffing and guide coverage
- Approve or deny staff time-off requests
- Manage regional booking budget and assist with meeting revenue targets
- Ensure a proper, clean, and well-maintained fleet of tour vehicles
- Maintain and organize tour guide checklists and support documents
- Manage a clean and properly maintained fleet of e-bikes
- Maintain e-bike inventory, including parts and supplies
- Work with E-Bike Mechanic on regular e-bike maintenance and log
- Manage shop merchandise, inventory, and cleaning equipment
- Manage Guide Tour Supplies ie: first aid, tour snack supplies, water
- Keep shop clean and ensure proper fixture maintenance
