What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Operations Specialist - B2C Landscape position at Heritage Landscape Supply Group Inc.?
Duties: Focus on Sprinkler Warehouse & Lighting Warehouse
- Focus on reviewing SW & Lighting Warehouse websites for issues.
- Work with On-Site Search Specialist to improve SW on-site search results.
- Review Competitor sites
- Assist with competitive pricing analysis to keep SW competitive in Google Shopping and assure we maximize product sales.
- Work with Marketing Team to assure weekly marketing campaigns are planned and executed.
- Responsible for daily & weekly reports to keep focus on hitting Sales Targets.
- Identify & Resolve issues on the SW website that are affecting customer purchases due to incorrectly related/associated products and items with incorrect photos or content.
Focus on “Associated Products”, “Related Products” and “Frequently Bought With” products. - Identify incorrect product photography that we’ve been struggling with on the marketing sites for contractors.
Skills:
- Expert Knowledge of Irrigation & Landscape products and SKU numbers
- Expert knowledge of all the following systems (Magento, StoneEdge, PriSync, etc)
- Knowledge of Sprinkler Warehouse (SW) & Heritageplus (H ) Magento based websites
- Knowledge of Heritage PIM system and requirements
- Knowledge of SW pricing strategies and support for pricing in Magento Admin & PriSync)
- Expert Knowledge of Sprinkler Warehouse Operations Customer Service/Warehouse) as it relates to SW website needs
