The Lawn Technician will work closely with clients to meet their landscaping needs while maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding.
- Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks including digging and trimming.
- Assist in tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance.
- Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and plants.
- Engage in groundskeeping duties to maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas.
- Assist with hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, or retaining walls as needed.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools related to landscaping and lawn care.
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and best practices for plant health.
- Experience with irrigation systems and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with snow plowing equipment and techniques for effective snow removal.
