Our Dining Room Supervisor Will:
- Clean and prepare dining room, obtain and records meal orders, serve meals, clear tables, and assist in dining room and kitchen and dish clean-up procedures after meals.
- Provide training to dining servers, ensuring a high level of customer service to residents.
- Maintain temperature and sanitation records in dish room.
- Ensure completion of task sheets in the Dining Room and communicate with Dining Director on performance opportunities.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate important information to server team related to daily specials and events.
