Our Director of Clinical Education Will:
- Implement clinical education programs tailored to senior living and Heritage programming.
- Onboard, train, coach and provide ongoing support to our Directors of Healthcare to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of clinical education initiatives.
- Maintain program integrity of the Portraits and Snapshots programs by developing training curriculum and providing train the trainer resources to community leaders and associates.
- Ensure that annual competency and education is completed and utilize relevant clinical quality improvement initiatives and processes.
