- Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of community members by working with other medical care providers and our residents’ families.
- Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
- Conduct hiring, training, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluation of our care team.
- Continuously learn new principles and methodologies of care to enhance the lives of our residents.
