Our Memory Support Director Will:
- Implement and manage our Portraits Program with Montessori methods and individualized components for each memory support resident.
- Conduct resident assessments/evaluations before residents move in and on an ongoing basis to ensure each resident's physical, mental, psychological, social, and spiritual needs are met.
- Work closely with both current and prospective residents and families to meet their individualized needs.
- Provide ongoing training to associates on new principles and methodologies of care for improved resident outcomes.
- Design innovative programs and services that enhance the resident experience.
- Develop processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
- Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
