Our Driver/Maintenance Assistant Will:
- Transport residents via company car, van or other vehicle to appointments, events, store, and other locations.
- Work closely with residents to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Ensure community building, work areas, grounds, property, etc. are maintained at the highest standard.
- Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
- Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
