Our Maintenance Assistant Will:
- Ensure community building, work areas, grounds, property, etc. are maintained at the highest standard.
- Work closely with vendors and team to maintain all aspects of the community.
- Meet with families and residents to ensure their home meets their needs.
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and hazard-free community environment through the prevention of accidents, preservation of equipment and safe work practices.
- Transport residents throughout the community to local events, stores, and appointments.
- Follow processes and procedures that enhance the resident experience and meet state and federal guidelines.
- Build strong relationships based on compassion, respect, and trust in a positive team environment throughout the community.
