Our Resident Care Coordinator Will:
- Work closely with the Director of Healthcare/Associate Director to recreate a bi-weekly schedule for all shifts.
- Ensure all resident documents are kept up to date with care and services being provided per both the Resident Service Agreement and state regulations.
- Provide assistance to residents in daily live activities including the administration of medicine.
- Serve as a shift lead, also overseeing the supply inventory for the Nursing department.
- Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.
