Our Speech Language Pathologist Will:
- Interact tactfully with team members, patients, families, visitors, and government personnel.
- Review plan of care at every visit and report changes of condition to the care and medical teams.
- Provide quality care by collaborating in treatment planning in consultation with physicians and other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills to satisfy the needs of the department and implement objectives resulting in favorable outcomes.
- Perform necessary documentation in a timely manner and per agency policy.
- Seek out new methods and principles and incorporate them into existing clinical practices.
