Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for patient care.
- Facilitate communication between clinical teams and administrative staff.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new staff members.
- Monitor patient care assignments and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of staff credentials, training, and certifications.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Assist with specimen collection processing and documentation as needed.
- Provide support in pain management and basic life support procedures when required.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of geriatrics, pediatrics, and long-term care practices.
- Proficiency in basic life support techniques.
