Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide critical care transport for patients requiring immediate medical attention.
- Assist with tube feeding and catheter care to ensure patient comfort and health.
- Support hospice palliative medicine initiatives to enhance the quality of life for terminally ill patients.
- Engage in memory care practices for patients with cognitive impairments.
- Work in medical-surgical units and urgent care settings to provide timely interventions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop effective patient care strategies.
Skills
- Strong ability in patient care management and advocacy.
