As an Activity Aide, you will help create a fun, stimulating, and supportive environment for our residents, contributing to their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing a variety of recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
- Help set up, organize, and clean up activity areas.
- Provide one-on-one support to residents during activities, ensuring their comfort and participation.
- Encourage and motivate residents to engage in activities based on their individual preferences and abilities.
- Document resident participation and progress in activities.
- Collaborate with the Activity Director and other staff members to develop new programs and events.
- Foster a positive and caring atmosphere for residents, visitors, and team members.
