Front End Manager
Our company is looking for an experienced Front End Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front end operations of our store, including overseeing customer service and cash handling. The Front End Manager will also be responsible for supervising front end staff, ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed, and managing the daily operations of the store. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be reliable, trustworthy, as well as a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front end of the store, including customer service, cashiering, and daily operations.
- Ensure that the store is compliant with all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
